Refund policy

Because our photo magnets, custom calendars, and personalized Save-the-Dates are uniquely made using your personal photographs, all custom sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom items due to buyer's remorse, incorrect photo choice, or customer typos.

Studio Errors & Damages: We want you to love your display! If we make a mistake on your order (e.g., wrong size, incorrect frame color, typo on our end), or if your items arrive damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hstoryboxdenver@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will happily print and ship a replacement right away at no extra cost to you.
