Carrier Delays & Damages: Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier (such as USPS or UPS), we are no longer liable for shipping delays, transit weather conditions, or mishandling by the postal service. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue.
