Welcome to StoryBox Denver ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (the "Site") and purchasing our custom photo magnets, calendars, frames, or accessories (the "Products"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General Conditions By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Custom Content & Photo Submissions Since our products are fully personalized, you are entirely responsible for the images, graphics, and text you upload to our Site.
Copyright & Ownership: By uploading a photo, you warrant that you own the copyright to that image or have explicit, legal permission from the copyright holder (such as a professional photographer) to reproduce it. StoryBox Denver claims no ownership over your photos.
Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to cancel any order containing images or text that we deem unlawful, defamatory, libelous, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
Image Quality: We print the exact files you upload. We are not responsible for final prints that appear blurry, pixelated, dark, or out of focus due to low-resolution original uploads.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments Pricing Adjustments: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Order Modifications: Because we begin processing your custom orders quickly, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order has been submitted. Please review your photo cropping, layout selections, and text spelling carefully before finalizing your checkout.
Payment Security: All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party encryption gateways (like Stripe or PayPal). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store.
4. Shipping and Delivery Production Timeline: Our products are handcrafted in small batches. While we strive to meet our stated processing timelines, production times may vary during peak holiday seasons.
Shipping Address Accuracy: We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. StoryBox Denver is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Carrier Delays & Damages: Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier (such as USPS or UPS), we are no longer liable for shipping delays, transit weather conditions, or mishandling by the postal service. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements Personalized Products Policy: Because our photo magnets, custom calendars, and personalized Save-the-Dates are uniquely made using your personal photographs, all custom sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom items due to buyer's remorse, incorrect photo choice, or customer typos.
Studio Errors & Damages: We want you to love your display! If we make a mistake on your order (e.g., wrong size, incorrect frame color, typo on our end), or if your items arrive damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hstoryboxdenver@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will happily print and ship a replacement right away at no extra cost to you.
6. Frame Product Care & Limitations Our 3D-printed frames and accessories are crafted using high-quality PLA filament designed for indoor use only. StoryBox Denver is not responsible for product warping, bending, or color fading resulting from exposing the frames to extreme temperatures (above 122°F / 50°C), placing them near high-heat sources (like radiators), or leaving them in direct, long-term sunlight.
7. Intellectual Property You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of our products or website designs without express written permission from us.
8. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
